BinTrack's founder spent years at an international intralogistics company, learning how complex warehouses really operate. That experience led to a project with one of the largest pharmaceutical wholesalers in Bosnia & Herzegovina — modelling and simulating their warehouse processes end to end.
What started as a simulation turned into a partnership. We built a system that could run the wholesaler's entire warehouse operation — from receiving to dispatch, with the compliance and traceability that regulated distribution demands. That system is BinTrack. Today it runs in multiple sites across the region, still shaped by the same principle: modern enough to deploy in months, deep enough to run operations worth running.
